Yoga classes are delivered by a qualified yoga teacher and Chartered physiotherapist. Using traditional yoga postures and flowing sequences to promote flexibility, muscle, joint and core strength, balance and postural awareness.
Designed for all abilities and fitness levels. The yoga classes work on individual ability and needs and aim to restore positivity, health and wellbeing.
Pilates is a full body work out focusing on strengthening and core stability to improve fitness and well being through improving joint mobility, flexibility, and posture and muscle tone. It a great tool within rehabilitation, can help to prevent injury and can help to reduce back, neck and shoulder problems.
The beginner’s class is open to all abilities.
